Today, you are going to learn how to be a Touchpad Ninja!
Have you ever seen the movie, Karate Kid? He had to work on his skills over and over. But after a lot of hard work, he became “the best around!”
Now it is time for you to learn some touchpad skills! Watch this video and try out what you see me doing:
To do:
- Become a touchpad Ninja!
- Practice running your chromebook with 1, 2, 3, 4 fingers on the touchpad!
- Now try your skills with these sites and games:

We are learning about this in TechEx because the events on September 11 were one of the first disasters to be recorded with so much technology (cameras, phones, video). For the first time, people were watching something like this live and hearing from people that were right there.

The twin towers were rebuilt with one building, called One World Trade Center, and also called the Freedom Tower. Read more about it. See it in Google Earth.
Patriot Day is a good day to remember all the brave people in our country, in the past and today, that have helped others during difficult times.
