Staying up-to-date with grades can be a little tricky sometimes, especially if the graded work is, um, misplaced.

Never be surprised again by a progress report or report card by checking grades online, anytime, using JupiterGrades (formerly SnapGrades), our web-based gradebook! Your student is already set up (and students, you can have your own login, too, to check your own grades).

Logging in is easy:

1. Visit the JupiterGrades website.
2. Enter the Student ID, which is your student’s student ID number or just their full first and last name. Joe Smith’s is “Joe Smith”, without the quotes.
3. Enter your password. When first logging in, you will use a temporary password. If you don’t have your temporary password, email me using the form below, and I’ll send it to you. After logging in for the first time, the system will ask you to change your password, and from then on, you will use your new password.
4. You will also have the opportunity to update email and phone contact information. The email information is especially important, as you can receive regular progress reports via email.
5. Don’t have an email address? You can also get text messages sent to your cell phone updating you on your child’s grades. Standard text messaging rates apply, but you might find that it is worth it to stay up-to-date on your student’s progress. If you want to receive text messages from JupiterGrades, just use the form below to email me your cell phone number and your carrier (Sprint, Verizon, etc.).

Have  more than one student to check on?

You can check all your students’ JupiterGrades accounts from one login. Here’s how:

1. Use the same contact email address for yourself for each of your student’s accounts.
2. Use the same password for each account.
3. Login to any of your student’s accounts. If you want to check another student’s account, use the menu at the top left to switch accounts.

Notes:

• This only works for parent accounts. If you are using your student’s login account, you will not see this option.
• If you need to change your email address or password in order to sync accounts, you can do that from the settings tab of the menu at the top left once you login to JupiterGrades.
• If you update contact information in one account, it will automatically update in your other student’s accounts!
